During level 2 you will move to low reps so that you can start to increase the intensity of your lifts. By the end of this program you will be feeling much stronger and you will start to regain some of your season fitness. You will begin our successful power training program with our low level exercises to start with; you will cover:

- 15 Dynamic Warm Up Exercises
- 1 Conditioning Exercise
- 4 Power Training Exercises
- 12 Strength Training Exercises
- 6 Core Strength Exercises
Upon purchase you will be emailed a username and password to log in to your personal file with Acceleration Australia. You will have access to this Training Program for 1 month.
