Now that you have spent the last two months developing your base strength you will be poised to get the best result from power training without worrying about injuries. You will continue to work on your core, hip and shoulder stability while at the same time improving your pwoer output; you will cover:
Level 4 finishes off the series perfectly so that you feel stronger without feeling fatigued. Volleyball is all about power and skill, therefore we want to enhance that in you by ensuring you are as strong as possible.
