Need to be a stronger open water swimmer? Feel like you are weak on the bike or lose your form on the run? Acceleration’s Strength program for adult triathlete’s will prepare you for your upcoming season through a whole-body strength program. This acts as injury prevention management for the upcoming season, as you will have taught your body to deal with excessive training loads prior to starting the season. 

Acceleration has designed a triathlon-specific strength program for the more advanced triathlete. The main purpose of this program is to create strength in a stable body using movements similar to those performed during a triathlon. This program includes flexibility, core strength, running form training and strength exercises.

This is an Online Program that you can access anytime and from anywhere using the username and password that we will instantly email you. All of the exercises and drills will be explained and demonstrated online through the use of coaching cues, photos and videos. This means that you will have a printed program and complete educational material to ensure that you feel comfortable in implementing the program.
