This program has been developed for Junior triathletes who are looking to improve their coordination and body control through stability and strength training, using a range of resistance exercises.Acceleration has designed a program that aims to continue to facilitate strength and coordination improvement through major muscle movement patterns using resistance training. This program is similar to the Level 3 Triathlete program, however exercises are now weighted up instead of body weight.
