Triathlon Dry Land Training Program - Level 3 (Junior)

This program has been developed for Junior triathletes who are looking to improve their coordination and body control through stability and strength training.
Acceleration has designed a program that aims to continue to facilitate stabilization of the main joint regions, as well as increase strength and coordination through major muscle movement patterns. A stronger and well-put together young athlete will be able to develop injury free with efficient biomechanics. This means they will feel less tired through training and races, and therefore recovering better for the next week of training. This is designed to be completed in-season, so that the athlete can continue their strength training without compromising swim-ride-run training.
This is an Online Program that you can access anytime and from anywhere using the username and password that we will instantly email you. All of the exercises and drills will be explained and demonstrated online through the use of coaching cues, photos and videos. This means that you will have a printed program and complete educational material to ensure that you feel comfortable in implementing the program.
