Our first swimmer to start training with us was LibbyTrickett (Olympic & World Champion). Since then we have been very successful at helping a lot of swimmers become faster. This only comes from hard work in the pool and the weight room. We believe that it is impossible to succeed at the highest level without a high quality dry land training program. Therefore, we think that you will find each level of these programs both challenging and interesting, as we take you on the road to success. 

Follow through Levels 1-4 and gain Strength, Stability, and Power - all the while increasing flexibility.

The senior programs start to incorporate free weights and involve more advance exercises, therefore these are more appropriate for the 18 year olds and up.
