Your Level 1 program is the first in a series of 4 programs that covers the essential building blocks to a successful rugby season. If you want to be able to tackle hard, then this is the program for you. With the introduction of upper and lower body power training you will be able to explode off the mark quicker and break advantage line more and more. Level 3 is where you start to really push your fitness to new heights with the specific conditioning for your anaerobic capacity.  During this program you will cover:

Level 4 is all about maintaining Rugby fitness while making the final gains in strength, speed, and power. This is the maximum strength/power phase that will ensure that you start your season with a BANG. The large weights and noticeable improvements in your running will all add up to creating a much better on field performance. During the season then, all you will need to do is maintain what you worked so hard to create. Make sure you purchase a maintenance program for throughout your rugby season. This will work like a dream.
