Basically all of your work from the previous 3 programs culminate into a grand finale with this 4th and final program before your season. You will break personal bests in strength and you will be moving the best have ever in your life with our specific power training program for Ice Hockey. Your program will include;

- 11 Dynamic Warm Up Exercises
- 6 Conditioning Exercises
- 5 Power Training Exercises
- 12 Strength Training Exercises
- 6 Core Strength Exercises
Upon purchase you will be emailed a username and password to log in to your personal file with Acceleration Australia. You will have access to this Training Program for 1 month.
The program is easy to follow and printer friendly so that you can take it with you to the gym.
Each exercise on the program is linked to a full description page that explains the purpose of the exercise. This includes video demonstrations and written coaching cues to ensure you perform each exercise correctly.
