Level 3 works to develop your energy systems off the ice with repeat sprints, very tough core strength work and high volume strength work-out to challenge every muscle in your body. This is probably the most challenging Level mentally and it will set-up your season with a great mix of power, strength, and endurance. Your program will include;

  • 11 Flexibility Exercises 
  • 11 Dynamic Warm Up Exercises 
  • 5 Conditioning Exercises 
  • 5 Power Training Exercises 
  • 12 Strength Training Exercises 
  • 6 Core Strength Exercises 

Upon purchase you will be emailed a username and password to log in to your personal file with Acceleration Australia. You will have access to this Training Program for 1 month

The program is easy to follow and printer friendly so that you can take it with you to the gym.

Each exercise on the program is linked to a full description page that explains the purpose of the exercise. This includes video demonstrations and written coaching cues to ensure you perform each exercise correctly.
