This is the second 4 in a series of 8 progressive Dynamic Warm Ups for running. These are for the more advanced athlete who has mastered the first 4 warm-ups in the series. Running is a very specific skill, and one that requires specific training in order to improve. If an athlete can learn how to sprint efficiently they will be less fatigued towards the end of the game and will be less prone to injuries caused by poor biomechanics
