In the important developing years of a young teenager, it is pivotal that age specific training is implemented to cope with all the physiological changes that will be apparent throughout this period. The junior level programs are shorter in length and do not incorporate advanced, free weight exercises. Therefore this program has been tailored to a Basketball player 15 years old and younger.

The next stage of your training will see you really improve your strength with low repetitions, designed to prepare you for power training in Levels 3 and 4, which will really help your hops! You will also notice big increases in speed with improvements in running technique and resisted speed training. During this program you will cover:
