Level 3 will get more involved in power movements and more complex agility while still building on your strength. Reaction agility is more fatiguing and sport specific so that will be a major focus of this program. Your power lifts and plyometic (jumping & throwing) exercises will be intergrating in with your strength training exercises to produce the best results possible. Your strength training goes back to higher repetitions to set us up for the final program for before the season starts. Your program will include;

- 18 Strength Training Exercises
- 9 Core Strength Exercises
Upon purchase you will be emailed a username and password to log in to your personal file with Acceleration Australia. You will have access to this Training Program for 1 month.
The program is easy to follow and printer friendly so that you can take it with you to the gym.
