In the important developing years of a young teenager, it is pivotal that age specific training is implemented to cope with all the physiological changes that will be apparent throughout this period. The programs are shorter in length and do not incorporate advanced, free weight exercises. Therefore this program has been tailored to an American Football player 17 years old and younger.

This level is a must if you want to get serious gains in strength! We started using this type of training with American Football players over 8 years ago and have never looked back. Basically if you want to get MASSIVE you need to start here. Even if you do not want to get any bigger, you need to start here. The reason is that you need these exercises to set yourself up for great gains later in the year. This phase is also where we learn more simple lifts that will make the complex ones seem easier when start using them in Level 2. Your program will include;

  • 10 Flexibility Exercises 
  • 18 Dynamic and Specific Warm Up Exercises
  •  3 Movement System Exercises 
  •  6 Steering System Exercises 
  •  9 Strength System Exercises 

Level 2 will give you great gains in strength and show you why you needed to complete level 1. You will be jumping out of your skin after this program. The tempo, rest, reps, and exercises change significantly from Level 1 where you will be in shock at how much you can lift during this program. Let us not forget that some major work on speed and Football specific conditioning will also occur during this program. You will find yourself fit and strong enough to play well at the end of this program, but who wants to get mediocre results. Make this a great training phase so that you're ready to go on after this program. You program will include;

Level 3 will get more involved in power movements and more complex agility while still building on your strength. Reaction agility is more fatiguing and sport specific so that will be a major focus of this program. Your power lifts and plyometic (jumping & throwing) exercises will be intergrating in with your strength training exercises to produce the best results possible. Your strength training goes back to higher repetitions to set us up for the final program for before the season starts. Your program will include;

  •  4 Power System Exercises 
  •  10 Strength System Exercises 

Level 4 will produce the gains in power and speed that you were always looking for. It is one thing to become strong, it is another thing to become truly powerful! We will combine this with great speed & agility training that will truly produce results that you never would have experienced before.
