This sort of program is for the type of athlete who wants to be busy nearly every day. With your goals in mind, a program will be designed combining strength and conditioning exercises with either a 3-3 day or 2-4 day split.

Simply answer the the questions in our program design questionnaire to recieve a program written specifically for you.

Your program will include:

  • Flexibility via trigger point therapy
  • Core Strength and Stability
  • Strength Training
  • Conditioning
Customised Strength Training Program

This is an online program. You will be emailed a username and password.

Using these login details, you will be able to access your new program via our website. Our simple to follow program design includes photos, videos and coaching cues for each and every exercise.

Once a program has been ordered, there will be a short period while the Acceleration coaches design the program for you,  Once this has occurred, you will have access to your program for 4 weeks. During that time, you are free to print out your program and view on your phone or Ipad! There is now a Facebook feature that allows you to post your personal bests on your facebook page.
