4 Day/Week Program - 4 Weeks

Four-day programs are best for those playing contact sports. These sports require a lot of work on building strength. The focus of these programs therefore is Mass Building.

This is great to do during your off-season when you're not playing and practicing too much.

Simply answer the the questions in our program design questionnaire to receive a program written specifically for you.

Your program will include:

  • Core Strength
  • Strength
Customised Strength Training Program

This is an online program. You will be emailed a username and password.

Using these login details, you will be able to access your new program via our website. Our simple to follow program design includes photos, videos and coaching cues for each and every exercise.

Once a program has been ordered, there will be a short period while the Acceleration coaches design the program for you,  Once this has occurred, you will have access to your program for 4 weeks. During that time, you are free to print out your program and view on your phone or Ipad! There is now a Facebook feature that allows you to post your personal bests on your facebook page.
